Lip Fillers in Benfleet
What are lip fillers?
Lip fillers are a popular minimally-invasive, non-surgical cosmetic procedure. Body-safe substance (usually hyaluronic acid) is injected into the lips where it attracts water molecules to create an enviable pout. While not a permanent solution, top-up treatments will allow you to maintain the results.
How we create your dream pout
Lip fillers are incredible safe when in the right hands. After a consultation to discuss your goals and expectations, we'll advise on the best treatments available. If you decide to go ahead, we'll start by numbing the area so you have minimal discomfort.
The fillers are placed using a tiny needle. You won't feel much more than a pin prick. We then massage the filler to help it settle and achieve a more natural look. You'll be ready to go about your day with minimal bruising or redness. The treatment offers immediately visible results.

How long do lip fillers last?
Your lip fillers should last between 4-6 months, depending on the amount of filler used. Your body breaks down the filler naturally, so your metabolism will determine how long you have fillers. We can help you create a lip filler schedule to maintain the results.
What is in lip fillers?
Modern lip fillers contain a material called hyaluronic acid. This material occurs naturally in the body, so there is no risk of rejection or allergic reaction. It is able to retain 1000 times its weight in water, which makes it the ideal choice for fillers.
Do lip fillers hurt?
You may feel some discomfort during the treatment, but your aesthetician will do everything to minimise this. You shouldn't feel more than a pin prick at the injection site. After the fillers, you may have some swelling and tenderness for a few days while your lips adjust.
What can you not do after lip fillers?
You should avoid alcohol and smoking for at least 24 hours after fillers. Smoking increases your risk of infection and alcohol acts as a blood thinner which can impact your fillers. Avoid strenuous exercise, swimming and saunas for 24 hours after lip fillers.
