Our Receptionists

Mrs Jill Ash

Jill has been working at this practice for the past 10 years and has achieved a lot both personally and professionally in that time. Our new proprietor is passionate to deliver a modern and professional environment for our patients, whilst maintaining good ‘old fashioned’ customer service. She is always keen to take a patients view of what we do and try to deliver the kind of service that you would expect as a patient. Our reception team will always try to accommodate every patient’s requirement and remain sensitive to individual needs at all times.

Mrs Aggie Palfrey

Aggie has been in dentistry since 1978 in the roles of both nursing and receptionist. As a younger lady she loved being a dental nurse but she is now extremely pleased with her transition to reception. Dealing with the general public face to face and on the phones is where she is happiest. She gets a great deal of work satisfaction when a patient leaves our surgery knowing they have received the best dental care from our team.
